Chronic Case History
Is about collecting information about a patient's profile starting from chief complaints, Medicinal history, family history, past medical history, personal history and mental history which helps us to understand the exact causative of the suffering and come to the right prescription by understanding the root cause. Case History can take approximately 60 minutes to 90 minutes depending how chronic it is, this also includes studying all the previous reports if there is any following diet and regimen.
